Wind River Press, founded in 2001, publishes The Paumanok Review, Critique Magazine and the forthcoming science journal Menlo Park as well as select fiction and nonfiction books in print and electronic formats.

Since its debut issue in January 2000, The Paumanok Review has become a well-respected Internet literary magazine, publishing original work by authors and artists including Walt McDonald, Patty Friedmann, Ace Boggess, Barry Spacks, and many more.

Critique Magazine, "the consummate review of books, magazines, media, and the like," prides itself on unique and comprehensive reviews of new and classic literature, but is perhaps best known for its in-depth interviews with writers including Paul Bowles, Umberto Eco, Sam Pickering, Robert Olen Butler and others.

Wind River Press offers web, book, and specialized design services at a reasonable cost. Built on Macintosh OS X, Wind River's products benefit from the latest software releases from powerhouse developers. Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Golive and Macromedia Dreamweaver, Fireworks and Flash are just a few of the applications used in the production of Wind River Press publications and designs.

Named for Wyoming's famed Wind River Country, Wind River Press strives to produce products that take advantage of new and emerging technologies while embracing timeless standards of quality.
